Adjusting The Rope Length

Adjusting the rope length is purely down to ease of use. The closer the ball is to your body, the faster the ball will need to spin to keep the ball moving, and vice-versa.

Intensity Pushes

Intensity pushes help burn those extra calories and keep you on your toes. All this consists of is short spurts of rapid spinning for a short period of time.

Changing Stance

Changing stance is all about your positioning and helps tone the quads! Putting one leg forward with your feet stood in a right angled position is the way to do it.
